Hello. I'm Christian, We're currently recruiting individuals who know what they're doing, we need users who are capable of helping us get our server going. It's currently going to be Non-OP Factions, and I'm currently working on a few twists of our own to make it unique. As of now, we're working every day on our server & get a ton finished everyday. Ok this is factions but you have an island logo, wouldn't it make more sense for it to be skyblock?

First off this thread is old, secondly There are islands in factions correct? You can find islands surrounded by bodies of water.

Would just like to note, we aren't yet a network we're currently only factions but we plan to expand after Map 2

I have a lot of experience whenever it comes towards Community Management, and Staff Management, I do also have experience in player relations and customer service, but that can also be tied towards my experience on two specific projects that I will list below.

I work for free, but if your server is small and then starts to get quite the influx of donations and players I would LIKE (not required) to get paid, negotiable amount, not much either

Non-Minecraft-related

Strengths and Weaknesses

Strengths
  • Activity is my #1 trait, I can be on for 10 hours a day, even on small servers with 10-30 active players
  • Excel at Communication
  • Multitask very well
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Leadership
  • Teamwork
  • Handles Damage Control very well
  • Can work under pressure
Weaknesses
  • Speaks out (Not often) (I know what arguments to avoid though, and I know how to avoid problems with players as I excel at player relationship building)

I would heavily prefer if the Owner had a source of income, or already had funds for advertising.

Won't take roles below Admin, and would prefer if I was the Staff-Manager.
