Island generation plugin

I am in the market for a world-generation plugin. A modern version of the plugin "Islandcraft" (You can find it if you google "islandcraft minecraft plugin"; Cant paste direct links). It generates islands of random biomes. The only problem with the old one is it only works for version 1.13 at the latest. So, I don't get the sea update.

TLDR:
I am looking for the project "islandcraft" to be upgraded to 1.16.
Unless you have a similar prebuilt option that is being sold.
