As an experienced builder myself, I thought I'd give you some advice.
It's good! However, there are some things that you are lacking. I will list them briefly for you.
And last but not least, if everything falls through, $50.00 is a great price, however, is somewhat low. Never lowball yourself, but I believe personally that this is easily worth $60-70.

It's good! However, there are some things that you are lacking. I will list them briefly for you.
- Proof of ownership (lacking) - You need to either state that this is someone else's (that you purchased of course) and have permissions to resell the product, OR, if you did, in fact, make this yourself, you'll need to provide proof that you built it, otherwise it'll seem fishy, and your chances of making the sale are lower than you think. So either way, you'll need some sort of proof.
- Extra screenshots - This is not mandatory, however, the one screenshot that you have provided is nice, though it is important that you include as many screenshots as possible (a necessary amount that is) so that potential buyers can see. One thing you can do yourself is somehow prove that you at least have this product on a server of yours, and you'll need to prove it is you as well. And last, just by looking at this single screenshot, you can't really tell that it is a hub.
- State that the product has been used, sold previously or is exclusive - This is something that many people care about, and you'll have a better chance of selling it if it is exclusive.
