Today I present to you mt fourth or fifth build I post on here I think. It has been pretty successful and I have had some very nice customers!
This is a hub with 3 portals, roughly 200x100 I'd say. It is a fairly organic spawn and I really enjoyed making it. It took me 2-3 days building on and off, not too much effort.
It has lots of place for signs and holographic text!
When you buy the build you buy the right for the renders as well
