Island Level Plugin

Hi everyone, Maddy here.
Today I am making this thread to request a plugin made for me.

What I want in the plugin is having like a place-able valuable block that you get via command (/give [player] [block_type])
Best pic I can find as example:

Carrying on, I want the blocks to act as is levels. When you right click the block, you get a GUI where it asks you if you want to put levels in or extract blocks (levels) out.

This will be an “add-on” to the askyblock plugin which counts levels. Pretty much I want this to be an alternative to placing all blocks for island levels.
