Island spawn

Hello!

I'm the owner of a small vanilla server and I'd like to have a nice new spawn. Due to us being vanilla, it's easiest to protect an ocean island, which is what I'd like to buy. It doesn't have to be particularly large, and it can be any design you'd like.

Requirements:

• Rule board
• Shops area
• Nice looking
• Generally centered around the spawnpoint (As that's how spawn-protection works)

I don't have a set budget, but please keep in mind that we're a small server and can't afford too much. The spawn doesn't have to be massive by any means (about 100x100). If you have albums or a server with your builds which I can explore, that'd be great!
