You all keep saying that the mine is small and its tiny and blah blah, But its just under 60x60. I dont think that its that small 3 people said the same thing, theres an agree button for a reason folks.

For this type of build, It would look silly for it to be huge, Most people would agree that if it were 100x100 it would be flooded with more houses and things and overall be too populated with items. I respect your opinions but i dont need you to keep posting about it lol

The island may be 60x60 but the actual mine looks around 10x10. It's simply to unpractical and can be mined in seconds with a high efficacy pick. This build is simply not worth $25 i would say $12 max. There is nothing unique about it and it could be made in around 20 minutes.

Do you not see the extra room to expand it?.. You obviously arent a builder if you can build an island, houses, and other landscape things in 20 minutes. Please regain some common sense.

Just because you disagree with the value does not mean you are right.
If you can make this in 20 minutes, why are you not spam-selling builds like this right now? you could make a dozen like this in a few hours, right? and then sell them for $12 apiece, you'd be rich in no time.
Oh wait, but it doesn't actually work like that. You can't instantly pump out builds like that, because not all of them can be the same.

Anyway, let him ask what he wants without shitting on him.
If it's too much, nobody will buy it. No need to go crying about it.
