If the split is done 80/20 then the price of ftop will be covered in the same split, The current map has only been running for 23 Days, Meaning its still got around 3 Months at least left to run.
If the server is sold completely, Since i have no part of ownership in it, I won't be covering the ftop prize.
Obviously this can be discussed and changed, And you do have the option to not pay the Prize too, Although that would be a dick move, Something i wouldn't do.

Good server, developed a lot of plugins for it. Plugins such as BattleStations and GalaxyGates (one of the two biggest plugins), were all developed by me. Other plugins such as BetterBaltop, InventoryFullReminder, XPPay, and a few others were also developer by me.

Overall, quality staff, good ideas, good plugins, and overall good server.

Sorry, Saw this post this morning and left in a rush.

I've owned the server for around 10 Months and throughout haven't actually made any money off the server, Any Profit i would of made i have reinvested straight back into the server, With this new release of "2.0" For the server i had kind of made my mind up that if the Playerbase didn't change for 2.0, Then i would most likely sell, And although the playerbase has grown, I'm coming to the end of wanting to own a server where the Playerbase hasn't massively changed.
Its starting to get to me that, I've spent over $1,000 if not closer to $2,000 On Custom Plugins, 3 Totally unique Features/Gamemodes to the Factions that no other server has, But yet still, The Playerbase doesn't seem to be growing at any rate keeping in mind that the server has been up for 10 Months.

I'm more interested in some split partnership due to this still keeping me involved within Island, Even if this is something as little as Just hopping on and Helping out for a bit.

If the server doesn't sell or Nobody comes through with an offer that is somewhere near an ammount I'm happy with, Then i would move onto doing something such as a 60/40 Split possibly even 50/50 Where the Buy-In price is a lot cheaper, And i would be helping out with Bills for new Plugins and Advertisement. Or even look at someone Joining and running Island for a % wage of the Donations, All are possible Options, Although like stated my preferred option as of right now is the 80/20 Split with an upfront cost.
