Hello, this thread is to recruit more staff which will be needed on our release which we intend to have on the 21st of July and this is why we need to expand to fill the empty spaces. The information about applying will be stated down below.
What is IslesMC?
IslesMC is a custom prison server with a twist of factions with the theme of pirates. Now what we mean by "factions" is not the gamemode factions but instead we are having 3 factions that you can pick between. These will be the Outlaws, Wokous & Bandits. They will all have their own individual boost so the choosing of your factions might be hard. We have already had an open beta which was very successful and we would like to thank everyone who participated in it! As stated before, the full release of our server will be the 21st of July.
What we are looking for:
Being that we are currently a prison server we are looking for people that is experienced in that department. But then again, we are looking to branch out to more gamemodes as time goes, but for now, our focus is to better the prison experience. You will also need to have some key qualities for applying, such as, being professional and having a good amount of experience in staffing on minecraft servers in general. I would also like to note that we are currently not looking for more managers.
Helpers:
Being a helper plays a important role, they are the ones that on first-hand handle support/requests people make on the server. You will also be in charge of the chat, getting rid of the toxicity so we can have a healthy server.
Moderators:
Moderators is there to enforce all rules and mentor all the helpers if they are in need of anything. You will also to the best of your ability to moderate the chat and our community
