Hello, my name is Elias and I am a owner at IslesMC along with my partner Twixellzz. Due to us releasing soon we are going to expand our staff team with a few new faces to fill various spaces. I will list some more information about applying and who we are and what we are looking for.

What is IslesMC?

So you might now be wondering, what exactly is IslesMC? Well, let me tell you. We are currently a custom factions / prison hybrid based server that has plans to branch out to other gamemodes at time goes by. We are currently not released but we are hoping to push out a beta stage where you can test our plugins and hopefully help us find some of the bugs we have currently not found that might be lurking in the shadows. The beta is hopefully going to be around the 17th of June - 23rd of June. As stated, we have a few custom coded plugins but we have many more in the making.


What we are looking for:

Being that we are a prison server we are going to look for experienced staff members that has a decent amount of knowledge about prison servers in general. You also have to have some key qualities such as being as professional as you can and of course having a good amount of experience in staffing. We are currently not looking for any managers at this moment. If you are interested in a position in our team you can be invited to the server and see the current progress.

Helpers:

Being a helper plays a important role, they are the ones that on first-hand handle support/requests people make on the server. You will also be in charge of the chat, getting rid of the toxicity so we can have a healthy server.

Moderators:

Moderators is there to enforce all rules and mentor all the helpers if they are in need of anything. You will also to the best of your ability to moderate the chat and our community.

Sorry, didn't include that. Yes, you can still apply if you have knowledge about factions, but we are mainly focused on the prison aspect. So you will still need to have a decent amount of knowledge about prison.
