Iso countdown like plugin

I need a simple plugin, it has to countdown to the reset of the end and nether on my server which happen separately. I want it to announce in intervals that i can change and players have to be able to do like /tl nether ot /tl end and it tells time left till reset, at the end of the countdown it has to be able to run a command from multiverse deleteing a world file and then creating one with the same name.
