ISO Highly experienced Programmer/Developer for Highly Funded Start up Server

My team and I have been in the Start up of a Highly Funded Minecraft Server where we are looking for the most dedicated experienced Programmers and Developers to Custom engineer Plugins that are Server exclusive and stressed test to the point of no bugs or issues, We are HIGHLY Funded and will pay for everything out right at set prices discussed between the Owners and whoever we feel is right to the server.

We need someone who is:

NA Active and Discord ready who communicates vicariously

5+ years exp. in Coding and Program Development with Minecraft Factions, Skyblock, and Prisons

20+ years or older (If you are younger and show Potential then we may choose you)

Must be Reputable and have previous work for my team to view.

Our server project is in no rush and every detail is being perfected before we have a launch date.

All custom plugins must be worked on with our Managers as they written them out and have the vision and exp to stress test.
