Issue on MCM

Hi everyone,
I've been on mcm for a total of 2 weeks now and I'm struggling to find out why I cannot give other players reputation. I know where it's located and I know there is a big button saying "add reputation" but when I click on someone's profile and go to reputation overview this is what comes up for me:

You need to have certain points before you can add reputation, my account is less than 30 days i think. and i can add rep.

Your account is older than a month. Its not about the amount of posts you make, it's about your account being registered for 30+ days.

A: On Mc-Market there is a 1-month of registration required to use the reputation giving system. If you have been signed up longer than a month, your reputation permissions may have been revoked due to abusing the reputation system.

They have it set like this so people cant bot negative reputation.
