Issue with server.

Hello,

I need advise about a host I'm currently using.

I have a server that has 20+ players everyday but sometimes the server gets a weird lag spike and everyone gets disconnected and they can rejoin but their ping is. I can't seem to find a error that causes this. Contacted the host they told me it could be a regional issue, but it doesn't make sense to me..

Where is your server hosted - like what company/place? You might want to provide a bit more information?

If it's not your RAM or CPU being maxed out, or plugins or other obvious things, then you could check again with the hosting company.

I had this before when I first made my first server and it was node issues with the hosting company I was with.
It was shared host and the node we were on I guess was a really busy one - I asked to be transferred to another node and that did temporarily fix it. In the long run I went with a dedicated system.
