Hi there.

So yesterday, some guy made a chargeback against me and now he wishes to cancel the chargeback. However, it is not letting him. We can't find the cancel button to cancel the chargeback. I know usually you'll be able to cancel a chargeback via a button but for some reason it doesn't now. It also says it's being reviewed by PayPal.

What can we do to cancel the chargeback? Please only reply if you know what you're talking about.

There is no reason for the button to not be there, usually you just go to the resolution, click the case and there you´ll be able to cancel it.

If its not there he can call PayPal directly to make them cancel it.

Also did he chargeback a payment that was made via G&S or F&F via his bank?

F&F, not via his bank though.

You only can dispute F&F payments unauthorized access unless you dispute it at the bank directly.
But if he does that, PayPal is pretty much to easy proof it was not, unless hes not that stupid.
Even a simple VPN or Proxy or a changed IP does not make it an unauthorized access, so chances for him to win this anyway are probably pretty low, since i assume its a kid

Well yes, but I have to pay a $20 fee to PayPal if I lose the case.
