Issues with my Linux Centos 7 Vps (mineccraft server)

Hi, I am having some issues on my Linux Centos 7 vps. About an hour ago I began testing the plugin "Auto Restart," because it seems to not be restarting fully (meaning it would shut down but not turn back on). I then typed the command /autore now which is supposed to restart the server, instead it only stopped the server but didn't restart. I tried to trouble shoot the error myself by searching the question online but wasn't able to find any answers. I then proceeded to ask people in the shoutbox what may be the issue, and the only response i got was to type the command /restart which unfortunately only brought up this.

[21:48:02 INFO]: Startup script './start.sh' does not exist! Stopping server.

I then began searching for the start up script but was out of luck.

I would greatly appreciate the help
