Even if you didn't explicitly mention it, selling someone a copy of your game doesn't give them the right to resell or redistribute it, copyright law generally covers that by default. You should first try reaching out to the platform where they're selling it and report the listing as unauthorized distribution of your content. Most platforms take this seriously and will take the listing down pretty quickly. For the future, it's always a good idea to include a simple "personal use only, no resale or redistribution" line when selling your stuff!

Kinda rough situation, but you do have a bit of leverage since your original files prove you made the thing first. I’d grab timestamps, store screenshots, and send the site mods a clean report so they can pull the listing. Most marketplaces crack down fast once they see solid proof. If you ever sell again, tossing in a simple license file can save you a lot of headaches.

In practice, you can contact them and request a removal or submit a takedown request if you are the owner of the intellectual property. This could be done properly. Platforms like slots sites UK show how licensed content is distributed properly through regulated channels. Which is very different from informal sales on Discord. You can also report ads on Discord.
Evidence and timestamps usually matter most, and reporting it quickly gives you the best chance of getting it removed!
