A Prison server can be made in about 12hrs

For real? It takes me like a month to make one.

I mean, i wouldn't even buy the files ill buy the domain point it to a prison server, the most players you will loose is 20 - 30 players

Also why its so easy to get a good player base from country like that and Spain, Because the owner buys boxes from data centers out there to keep the ping good and users cant really find good server that's hosted in there country because people usually use eu and us data centers

I'll just have you know we use an entire E5 1650v3 (128gb of RAM) for only our Bungee, web, and database.

You could run like 4 medium sized mc servers off that. Well that means your databases will be pretty fast then
