/item limited plugin

I'm looking for a plugin which acts like /i or /item like Essentials. EG: Players do /i cobblestone, it will give them 64 cobblestone which they can't drop, sell or pass into chests.
/i should only be limited to certain items I can put into a config, only a certain rank should be able to /i.

I'm offering $10-20+ if this isn't a hard project. Please let me know if I need to explain anything better.

You can do this for free, see the permissions on essentials

Give the permission to acess the command /item:
essentials.item
Now give the items only the guy can claim:
essentials.itemspawn.item-[itemid]

Yes you can. See the config of essentials.[DOUBLEPOST=1528277306][/DOUBLEPOST]Why im saying this, because when i was settuping on server for one guy, i remember i do same thing of your system. And only was it, what i said.

I was using those perms before but it wouldn't limit it or anything

No, that is not what they're asking...

That config setting is regarding if their inventory is full. The OP is asking once the items are receiced, the player cannot drop them or put tthem in a chest etc.
