I know there is one out there but i am not sure where to find it or what the plugin is actually called... This plugin is probably very simple (so i think) to make!

What i need
Basically when players type [Item] in chat it replaces [item] with the name of the item in there hand. if you then hover of that item it displays the enchants ect (like hovering over the item in your inventory)
