Item Restriction Per Group/Rank/Plugin

Do Any of you guys know any plugins that offer these features?

What I need: I am looking for a plugin where I can put a permissions in a group/rank that will restrict an item for that specific rank/group

For example:

Archer - itemrestriction.sword

This is so people in the archer rank can't use swords.

If there is not any plugins that offer these features I am willing to pay a developer to make a plugin like this for me.
