For those of who you have been living under a rock Ivain was recently promoted to chat mod. I had a huge problem with this from the start because I wasn't the one selected for the job despite all the positive comments Ajdin has been saying to me lately. So anyway, I recently concluded my support request and Ivain screwed up. He only locked my support request and set the tag to "Closed." He didn't move it to the "Support Request Archive." This is an unacceptable mistake and he should be demoted because of it.
