I see that Jack D was also banned for scamming on top of his temporary ban for being underage-

Why isn't his business account, DiscordSetupsNOW also permanently banned?

The user was caught being underage so a staff member banned the user temporarily until they turn the age required to be on this site. Then it was escalated to a permanent ban because of a Scam Report here: https://www.mc-market.org/threads/329408/#post-3105343.

So this is what the ban reason displays:

Since the staff member simply updated the reason and the length of ban for one account, it didn't automatically transfer to the business account. It would've transferred the ban to the business account if the user was unbanned then rebanned since that's when the system registers the ban across a linked business account.

That should answer your question.

In terms of a resolution for a staff member reading this.
1. Unban the account Jack D.
2. Ban the account Jack D, permanently due to it being for scamming. And it should ban the business account permanently automatically.
3. Problem solved.
