Have you ever before worked as a staff member on another server? Note: Please explain in detail all the servers you have worked on with proof and why you left or got demoted.
1Ultimate-Survival= I was an head- admin in Ultimate-survival for about 5 months.The server ran out of money and the owner decided to disband the server.
2.Caseadian Network= I was a Server Manager in Caseadian Network.I do not work on the server anymore because i was not treated properly by the staff team and was never appreciated there.
3.Carbon Network= I was the owner of Carbon Network
.I gave the server to another owner since i wanted to go on a break for awhile and leave everything behind for 2 months.Now I am back I want to start freash and help out new servers.
Please explain how you will help the Minevex community and why you feel that we should pick you over any other.
I am a very helpful and dedicated staff. I do not easily give up and would love to help the community out.I always make sure my work is up to date and everyone is satisfied with it. I do not lie and give excuses.I always make sure that the community is happy and free from all problems.There is also very few staffs that will be on the server in my timezone.So I can help the server out by catching all the hackers and whoever that breaks the rules.

How do you see a server as a successful server if you have never seen it? Sounds to be that "JadaRealm" is just another "Custom Enchant" (Even tho its just Tinker or Crazy like every server). I haven't seen it either so not for me to say.

I can't provide proof that I was there but I can dig up some old screenshots if you really want me too. I was also Trainee on a server called BlazeCraft, but the whole staff team abused really much so I resigned. I have proof I was staff on there because I got some screenshots feauturing my rank, I can link them to you if you want.

What is a staff member's job?
A staff member has multiple jobs / responsibilities. I feel a few of these roles consist of doing the following; Enforcing the server rules, Making sure the community is happy, show that the server is a good happy place and represent the server positively, encourage others to play and get there feedback and report the feedback to higher staff, be active on the forums and look at player reports as well as answer any questions one may ask on the forums, become a positive role model for the other players, find bugs / errors in the game and talk to the higher staff who can fix those problems in a fast and efficient manner. Those are just some of the roles I could think of that staff should be able to handle.

I will be honest I just recently got the urge to apply for a staff position and JadeRealms seems like a good and hopefully a successful server in the upcoming future.
If you do get the role of a staff member, how do you see yourself 3 months from now?
I see myself doing the same thing I will be doing now except even more; I would really like to become apart of the server management in the future and help it grow and become more successful. I see myself giving all my creative and smart ideas to the server that will help it grow and become better than it already is (In 3 months time) I will be helping out on the forums a lot as well as in game support. I feel like however the main thing I will be doing in 3 months is focusing on fixing errors and preparing the server for the future.

I have only worked for a few servers that are smaller and not worth mentioning (I.e a small server with 10 players that shut down) however I do ensure I am very experienced with the responsibilities and duties of a staff member.
Please explain how you will help the JadeRealm community and why you feel that we should pick you over any other.
I will help the community by making sure it is a clean server. I will also help JadeRealm by making sure the other staff are doing there jobs and I will find hackers on the server. I will look for bugs and report them to the higher up staff. I will also make sure that all player reports are viewed within a short amount of time and act on them with the respective punishment if I feel the player is rightfully guilty of breaking JadeRealms server rules. I personally feel that you should recruit me over other staff because I am very skilled and friendly unlike other people who are complete robots. I am not just a helpful staff member I am your future friend. I don't spend all day looking for hackers I spend it doing things for the community and interacting with the community.
