What prompted you to apply for a staff position on JadeRealm? I have a lot of free time because I shut down my Garry's Mod DarkRP server and I'm getting back into Minecraft and I really want to be apart of a successful community.
If you do get the role of a staff member, how do you see yourself 3 months from now? In 3 months I would be helping players, resolving issues and making sure no one breaks the rules or exploit a bug.
Have you ever before worked as a staff member on another server? Note: Please explain in detail all the servers you have worked on with proof and why you left or got demoted. I have owned plenty of servers, Such as South-Canada/SwitchCraft . I have worked on the server for about 2 years and the server had a steady 10 players on and I made around 388$ of donations (I have a screenshot)

Please explain how you will help the JadeRealm community and why you feel that we should pick you over any other. You should pick me because, I love to help people and I have a lot of experience in making Minecraft servers. I'm mature and also lit. I can help with the updates and I just love to help people like I said.

I speak English very well, or so I hope since I was born in America, and I also speak a little bit of spanish.
What is a staff member's job?
A staff member to me is someone who is there for the server and it's player base no matter what. It is someone who sticks with their commitment to help other no matter the cost. I believe all staff member should be someone who is willing to do what is necessary to keep the server and the community happy.
What prompted you to apply for a staff position on JadeRealm?
Recently I have felt the need to help people, so I decided to apply for a server. This being one of the first threads I spotted I decided to go with JadeRealem.
If you do get the role of a staff member, how do you see yourself 3 months from now?
I see myself helping build up this wonderful community to be. I hope I will have moved up the chain of command too, but that would just be a bonus on top of helping everyone.

I am currently staff on a server named BattleMade, I am about to send my resignation.
I was staff on many Garry's Mod servers too, but I no longer have the game so I can not post ScreenShots to prove it.
Please explain how you will help the JadeRealm community and why you feel that we should pick you over any other.
I will help the JadeRealm community by dedicating my full support to the server, and it's player base. I will also support the community by providing my professionalism and my Maturity.

What is a staff member's job? A staff members job is to make sure the server they are staff on is a good place for players to have fun on. A staff member needs to devote their time to helping players and making the community a better place so that everyone is having as much fun as possible.
What prompted you to apply for a staff position on JadeRealm? I love working for servers and watching servers grow. I feel like JadeRealm has a lot of potential and I want to be there to watch it grow and be there for the community. I believe I can help the community and players by how active I will be, and how well I get along with players.

If I did have to opportunity to work for JadeRealm I see my self in 3 months being the best staff member I could be and making sure everyone is having fun. And I am going to be honest in a 3 month span I possibly see my self getting a promotion from the rank I would start with.

MCRealms (Site no longer exist) - Admin / Head-Mod - The owner had decided to have a new staff manager and he thought because I was getting paid and expenses were low that they should let me go.
I would list more but sites are no longer up and there isn't really any proof I can add.
