Japanese styled Hub

Hi.

I'm Dienns, Owner of the Dyescape Network, and I'm looking for a Hub that kinda looks like this:

I don't want huge portals, I will be using NPC's to select the games. We already have a very small start with this, but the previous builders quit. There's no deadline.
