ABOUT
My name is Jared, I am 15 years of age and I am an ardent member of both MCM and the Minecraft community.

MISSION
Many people have tried and failed to make it as a Minecraft server manager, but I am not one of those people. Having been a part of this field for 4 years, I know the ins and outs of the role, its requirement, and obligations, like the back of my hand.

EXPERIENCE
FaithfulMC (Moderation): Reported primarily to Clacking and KillaMC. Responsible for managing chat, detecting cheating players, mentoring new staff members, TeamSpeak, and moderation support.

OrionMC (Moderator): Reported to Yannick and Ryan. Responsible for Chat Moderation, Undercover Detection of Hackers (Disguised), Ban Appeals, Player Reports, and help a little bit in some training sessions for new staff.

FuzePvP (Senior Administration): Reported to Drill. Responsible for Staff Applications, Interviews, Ban Appeals, Player Reports, all kinds of support (other than BC), Had a part in staff meetings, setting up End with Drill (Map 2), detection of hackers, IP checks (ban evading players), and mainly got all of my skills from there.

SparkHCF (Moderation): Reported to LonelyTree and Chance. Responsible for detection of hackers, forums activity, application feedback, chat moderation, and TeamSpeak support.

HCEmpire (Management): Reported to Epius. Responsible for [Staff Applications, Staff Guidelines, Ban Appeals, Changelogs, Player Reports, Setting up the server, Media Management, BuyCraft Support, TeamSpeak Support, Administrative Support, and pretty much everything.

ViperMC (Trial Moderation): Reported to Ryan Miller. Responsible for Chat Moderation, Detection of Hackers, TeamSpeak Support, Forums Activity, and overall just interacting with the players.

Ikari Trial Moderation: Reporting to Ryan Miller. Responsible for Chat Moderation, Detection of Hackers, TeamSpeak Support, Forums Activity, and overall just interacting with the players.

MineCript Setup Specialist: Reporting to Senpai Red. Responsible for Doing setup commissions and attending meetings.

SCHEDULE:
The following are in EST.
Monday: 5-6 hours
Tuesday: 5-6 hours
Wednesday: 5-6 hours
Thursday: 6-7 hours
Friday: 7-8 hours
Saturday: 7-8 hours
Sunday: 7 hours

PRICING
$15 USD bi-weekly for all services excluding TS and Discord setup.

TOS:
By hiring me, you agree that you surrender all rights go chargeback and request a refund.
Only payment through PayPal will be accepted.
You will not hire another manager unless there are exceptions.
I will not financially support the server there are exceptions though.
Payments will be sent F&F on PayPal.
