Hello, my name is JarginBijac and I am looking to build things for people for free. The reason I am doing this is because I have stoped building for quite some time and I used to be pretty good. I am looking to start building for people again to get some more practice in. I would rather build things for people than just to build things on a single player world that will be gone forever. If you are wondering if I am any good I can tell you that once apon a time I was a apprentice on hypixels creative server before I was banned because I was asking someone to help me build on my server. Efficiency of the process: 9/10
- Not a perfect score since it did take a while but I understand he had other builds to make. Nonetheless I must review fairly. Anyways it was a free vouch copy... What can I do but wait for him to finish up a build lol.
Quality of the build: 8/10
- It wasn't exactly my vision, but it is very well done for an unorganized view of mine to have an overgrown looking ruined castle spawn. He interpreted it decently, the trees around it were naturally grown, but small details like chest areas and graveyards with vines around trees were nice touches. Overall a very nice build with minor setbacks due to my "perfectionist" vision.
Cooperation/Friendliness: 10/10
- Very upfront, updated me alot on skype about the progress of my build, at times he'd even tell me he'd be delayed but kept true to his word when he said for sure the build would be delivered a set time recently. Great guy to work with, proficient builder. - zDrakon

Do not expect me to build anything large. I will maybe build like a pvp area, a shop, a few houses for a town, maybe even a small spawn. By requesting a build you agree to the terms below.
1. If you are paying for a build your build will never be posted publicly. If it is free build at anytime I can share this with whoever and post it wherever.
2. You shall not sell or give away the build/builds I have created for you. All of them are unique and I would prefer to keep it that way.

4. You will not use any screenshots of mine and use them as your own. You may however if you give credit to me.
5. 80% of payment must be received before any building takes place. Once I finish the build the other 20% will be sent. If you are not pleased with the build you will receive %80 back and I will rid of the build. I ask for %80 so people do not have the build saved and say they do not like it but they use it anyways and waste my time and effort.
