java can't compile anything

i cannot for the life of me get java to compile, i'm trying to edit a knockback display mod (the lemonz semi-accurate one, not the elfly bs one) and add a drawRect background over the display as well as make the text rainbow, I could code these in fairly easily if I could actually compile the mod but it keeps failing. The path is set correctly, btw
