as the title says, i am a java developer looking to join a team / do commissions!

good question,

the 6$/hr is more for if a network / server decides to hire me, for individual plugins, we can do either, but most of the time a set price will end up being less expensive for the customer

Yea! i just finished a comission, i can ask the customer for a vouch! it is a claims plugin with some custom and different features.
