Java Developer - Minecraft Mod

Hey guys,

I am in need of a Java developer to further assist me with a project I have been working on. Some of you may already know of the launcher I have been working on for Minecraft. It is coming along just fine. Anyways, I am in need of very small mods, which allow the launcher to further work in conjunction with the game itself.

Requirements:
- You must be very experienced with Java 3+ years with Core Java, and NOT only Bukkit API.
- You must be able to understand how the Java Arguments work with Minecraft
- You must understand the structure of Minecraft, and understand the hierarchy to best decide how to choose your structure.
- You must have Skype
- You must know how to make Minecraft mods (Very simple mods) WITHOUT the usage of forge.


First Task:
There are a few projects I need filled, however the first task is very simple. I need a mod created which allows a player to launch Minecraft with a -ip argument. This forces the client to load, and once loaded, begins to auto-connect a player to a server. You must take into consideration this cannot be instant, and this can severely screw up library loading, and you must understand things take time to load, especially on lower end PC's. Like mentioned above, there are a few other small tasks, but that's all I need for now.

Payment:
The payment system is very simple. You as the developer tell me a price. If you are uncomfortable with my rep count, I can pay 50% up front, and 50% after. If do have a pair of balls, and would like to get things done, you can finish the task, demonstrate it to me on your PC (record a gif or something), then ill pay 100% to get the product from you. I have no budget, however being very familiar with Java, this shouldn't be an extreme hard task to complete (unless Mojang were fucking idiots when designing this game).
