I am here today, as I am looking for a partner for a project I am starting. Before you keep reading, you need to make sure that you are eligible for the following requirements...

• Experienced with multiple databases such as MySQL & MongoDB
• Minimum of two years experience with Java
• Minimum of six months experience with Spigot/Bukkit API
• Minimum of six months experience with BungeeCord API
• Ability to optimize Java applications
• Ability to trouble shoot applications
• Extensive knowledge with Git
• Use of Skype
• Speak fluent English
• Ability to code fluently, while documenting at the same time.

We also have some preferred requirements, but they aren't required...

• At least 16 years of age
• European orientated

Now that we have got the requirements out of the way...

Why do you need a developer?

Well, as previously stated, I am starting a project, and need a partner whom has the ability to program fluently in Java. Funds are not needed for the project, we just need someone who is extremely proficient. The reason I am looking for a partner is because the magnitude of the project is large, and it would take me a lot longer to complete this on my own.

What are the benefits?

Well, first of all, you will become extremely well-known and reputable in the community. Secondly, you will make a lot of income on a regular basis.

Hours

We would prefer someone who can dedicate a lot of time to the project, however, I understand that this is not always a possibility. We will discuss this over a Skype call.
