Looking for a Dev that won't back out. I purchased 2 devs and everyone of them just ignore me now. This monthly and I need help with my HCF server. Mostly configurating the plugins with maybe a few custom ones

The usual exchange is offering X dollars for Y task to be accomplished, if both of the developers you "purchased" backed out perhaps use worker contracts in the future.
