I'll be requesting a quote from the developer and won't be stating my budget due to the fact some people take advantage of that and charge more than what it's worth. I won't go into detail regarding what I need here as people could easily steal my ideas, it's quite a large project. Developer must be experienced and can write clean code for future updates and they'll be paid per plugin.
