However, I personally suggest that you learn Java, first, before jumping into minecraft plugins.

Checkout thenewboston's beginner Java tutorial playlist on YouTube to learn Java. Once you're familiar with the language and feel comfortable writing code then I would suggest Noah Rubin's Bukkit coding playlist which will teach you the Bukkit/Spigot API. Good luck!
