Java Minecraft Control Option

Hello, this is my first topic.
So do you guys know how to add an option in "control" exemple we have a thing for sprint, an other for the sneak, for the slot 0, 1, 2, 3 ..

So if someone can suggest me a link to learn java mod or java client programmation, it would be apprecied thank you!(sorry for my bad english)

Edit: I shearch a lot but It's always old tutorial and they did not help for adding a keybind

Java mods using forge has a very easy way to add such using the API.
