JAVA Minecraft Plugins!

To Whom It May Concern,

Hey guys! I am currently learning how to make Minecraft Plugins for my own sake! The thing is.. I am a visual learner. That means I can't really learn, unless I see someone do it, or someones work. Due to the fact that there are so many plugins and no Java Eclipse files, I am requesting such! I am asking for some developers to provide me their Java Eclipse file or screenshots of plugins that are free and easy. No complex plugins if you feel uncomfortable. I understand how to make messages and somewhat how to do pvp plugins but how do you make a compass selector for a hub server? Thats why I like to see how to do it, in order to replicate it not exactly, but similarly but customized to my setting! If you're interested please use my Skype or PM or reply! Thanks everyone!

Use a decompiler, they provide the source of every plugin (but check the lisence to see if you're allowed to)

You can feel free to download any one of them, free of charge, and have a look at how I do things.

The concepts for each are simple, so it'll be easy to follow along with and help you to understand java more than the Bukkit API, which is what it looks like you're trying to learn here.
