Hello, I'm 18 and currently working on a big project and I need help completing a couple of tasks for the mc server and the website. You need to be experienced in coding plugins. I'm also looking for you to teach me a bit of what you know from Java, PHP, & JS(I'm still new to coding). You also need be dedicated to completing this project because it will involve a lot of work.

Thats a weird combination. 98% who do JS wouldnt put hands on PHP and Java is a totally different type of language with different uses then the above.

It's not really a weird combination. If you are a web developer, you should be familiar with HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, and PHP or Ruby. Now, I'm not saying that all web developers know PHP, but it's one of those things that are used on the web. Also, yeah I can see how Java is used in a different skill set, but I need an overall developer that can create plugins for my server that will involve taking downloads/uploads from/to the web. I've found a couple of people, but they're just not active enough.
