JavaMC | Looking for Staff, Builders, Developers, Managers

Hi, I am currently the Owner of JavaMC, We are a new network and are in an urgent need to staff including moderators, builders, developers and also managers

Whats JavaMC
JavaMC has been on for a while, We have had a lot of players at some points and fewer players in some points. We currently have an active discord, Our server is based on KitPVP with coins and tokens to purchase kits, We also have a good running economy

Moderator Requirements
- Any age, just have to be mature
- Be very active on Discord, and be able to play frequently
- Able to record and show evidence of hackers, and exploiters
- Have a professional manner when dealing with players
- Have somewhat experience on moderation, and dealing with players

Builder Requirements
- Any age, just have to be mature
- Be very active on Discord, and be able to work on build projects (twice - five times a month)
- Have good building techniques
- Be able to proficiently build a good structure
- Good teamwork and be able to work with other builders

Developer Requirements
- Must be 13 or above, must mostly be mature
- Be able to develop and script Java well
- Be able to understand how to deal with bugs/malfunctions
- Must have previous experience
- Have developed or currently developing a plugin

Manager Requirements
- Must be 14 or above, must mostly be mature
- Be able to handle with a team of staff and manage
- Be able to communicate and to train staff members
- Must have previous experience
