Introduction
The terms and conditions are established so that there is no misunderstanding between the client and the seller. Please read each point set out below carefully.
When you agree to place an order, you agree to my terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
• The product will only be available in schematic file.
• The order can be cancelled by the client or by the seller (me).
• In case the order is cancelled, I will be able to use the product for other commercial purposes.
• I will be able to use images of the final product for personal promotional purposes.
• When the order is delivered and the commission has been finalized, no changes of any kind will be accepted.
• The marketing of the product to third parties is prohibited. The product will only be available to the client who paid for it.
• I will provide pictures of the advances of the build from time to time (or when the client requires it). I don't show progress in-game.

• The marketing of the product to third parties is prohibited. The product will only be available to the client who paid for it.
• I will provide pictures of the advances of the build from time to time (or when the client requires it). I don't show progress in-game.
Payments
• No refunds of any kind are accepted. (Never happened)
• Payments will be made through Paypal.
• You must pay at least 50% of the agreed price to start with the build.
• You must pay the remaining 50% before delivery of the product.
• You have a maximum time of 24 hours to pay the remaining 50% of the agreed price. Otherwise your order will be cancelled.
• When the amount to be paid is equal to or less than 100USD you must pay it in full.
• The price varies according to the size and content of your order.
• While your order is in progress, you can ask for a maximum of 3 changes without any additional cost as long as they are minor changes.
• Payments will be made through Paypal.
