Jellylegs Plugin With Stored Data

I basically need this exact plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/jellylegs.9917/
but it stores if the player has enabled or disabled jelly legs. Right now, players always have to enable jellylegs after server restart, which is a pain to everyone.

In all honestly I don't think you should pay for this, or not pay anything above 5$ as it's so simple.
