WHO ARE WE?
We are a team of 15 people that offer many services like Websites And Setups. I created JenkinsDesigns at the end of 2016 and it was originally just me and Contradicted in the team. We slowly expanded and started to offer things like Builds, Trailers, GFX. And it still continued to grow. We then partnered with a hosting called Vastitude and that's when JenkinsDesigns changed. We started creating our site and made JenkinsDesigns more of a Job than a hobby. We have great ideas for JenkinsDesigns and hopefully, we continue to grow bigger and bigger.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for 5 builders and 2 terraformers to join our team and to get paid while they do it. We hope to time-lapse all builds and also build a youtube channel as a source of a portfolio. All requirements are down below as well as payment information.
PAYMENTS
We work in a different way to most teams and it is where payments are split into tiers. All staff start off with Tier 1 and work their way up when I and Contradicted will judge this on respect and dedication to JenkinsDesigns. Here are the payments for each Tier.
Tier 1: 90%
Tier 2: 92.5%
Tier 3: 95%
Manager: 97.5%
Please Note the extra percentage will go towards keeping JenkinsDesigns alive.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have At Least 3 Different Builds As A Portfolio
Must Have Skype
Must Be Willing On Doing A Test Build
Must Be 13+
