Hey there, I'm one of the founders and developers of Jikai Network, an upcoming Survival themed gamemode network, with the aim of providing a hardcore and enjoyable Minecraft experience to our players.

We're currently planning 3 gamemodes for our network, these will be our custom twist on Survival (our first arriving gamemode), Skyblock & then factions. We aim to revolutionise how these gamemodes are presented to our players, making them incredibly enjoyable to play without the incentive to win large cash prizes. We wish to make a community based server which will be the future pillar of how Minecraft servers are supposed to be developed and run.

As for our budget, we have a mid-high budget for development, and should not be closing down or abandoning the project in any capacity any time soon, we're already approximately 30%~ into development, and have big plans for the future?

Why are you recruiting staff so early?
We want our staff to have a real influence over the server, providing ideas for features and smaller elements to make a bespoke experience for every single player experiencing our server for the first time.

How do I apply for a position?
You can apply for a position on our Discord server, which is linked below. While experience is not required, it is highly preferred. For this reason if you don't have experience, we're only recruiting the most mature and like-minded individuals from this category who are the most promising.

We do require you to agree to a certain level of non-disclosure, this is not a legally binding agreement but more of a term of acceptance to being recruited, our reason for doing this is to avoid the leaking of private information relating to upcoming gamemode to keep suspense high for future releases.
