Hey MCM, I've recently decided to start to build again for others. I've always worked as a team with my friend and I. My portfolio is not very big because most of my work is with my team and I cannot post it as mine. There is one build that is with my team on here, the one with the buildings. This is it

I realize it is quite small honestly so I will accept 3 vouch copies, small builds(a few trees is an example as small). Hope to talk soon, TOS is posted bellow.

Agreement
As the sellers I can decline any build that is requested. Once you have received your final product I am not obligated to do any edits to your build. You may not resell my work without permission. You agree to the Terms of Service by contacting me.

Payment
All transactions are to be done through PayPal. I require a 50% down payment before I begin. If you cancel the deal after I have already started, I may keep the down payment .

Refunds
You may not chargeback or receive a refund unless you did not receive your build at least three days after the deadline we agreed to.​
