Job Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and imaginative Minecraft Texture/Resource/Audio Pack Designer to join our team in developing an exceptional Minecraft server. In this role, you will be responsible for creating custom textures, resources, and audio that align with our server's unique theme and enhance the overall player experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create custom textures, resources, and audio assets tailored to the server's theme and gameplay
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure visual and audio consistency across various server elements and environments
• Optimize assets for efficient in-game performance without compromising quality
• Revise and refine assets based on feedback from the team to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality
• Work closely with the Builder and World Builder/Environment Artist to create cohesive and immersive in-game experiences
• Adhere to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Minecraft Texture/Resource/Audio Pack Designer, with a portfolio showcasing previous work
• Strong understanding of Minecraft texture and resource pack creation, including block and item textures, entity models, and particle effects
• Proficiency in audio production and sound design, with experience creating custom sound effects and music for games
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to follow design guidelines and specifications
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to share ideas and collaborate on projects
• Passion for Minecraft and commitment to creating an outstanding server experience
