We are looking for a talented and experienced Resource Pack Creator to join our team at RenegadeMC, an intergalactic Astroneer-themed Minecraft server with a focus on space exploration, resource extraction,
and faction-based gameplay. You will be responsible for designing and creating a custom resource pack that brings the unique elements of our server to life, including spacecraft models, textures, resource types, and more.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our plugin developer and server management team to understand the unique requirements and themes of RenegadeMC
Design and create custom textures, models, and animations for spacecraft, resources, equipment, and other in-game elements
Develop custom UI elements for menus, crafting interfaces, and other systems
Optimize resource pack performance to ensure a smooth gameplay experience for our players
Regularly update the resource pack based on feedback from the team and players
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating custom Minecraft resource packs
Strong understanding of Minecraft's in-game mechanics, block types, and entities
Ability to create high-quality textures, models, and animations
Familiarity with Minecraft modding tools and software (e.g., Blockbench, GIMP, Photoshop)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with Astroneer or similar space exploration themes is a plus
