Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins tailored to the server's theme and gameplay requirements
Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless integration of plugins with existing server architecture
Troubleshoot and resolve plugin-related issues to ensure optimal server performance and stability
Optimize plugins for efficient in-game performance without compromising functionality
Revise and refine plugins based on feedback from the team to achieve desired features and performance
Stay current with Minecraft updates, plugin development best practices, and industry trends
Adhere to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality development standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Minecraft Server Plugin Developer, with a portfolio showcasing previous work
Strong understanding of Minecraft server architecture, plugin development best practices, and APIs such as Spigot, Bukkit, or similar
Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with Git for version control
Exceptional problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to share ideas and collaborate on projects
Passion for Minecraft and commitment to creating an outstanding server experience
