Team Visionary - Community Manager Job Position
Looking to work for a prestigious building team managing our amazing community? Team Visionary is looking for a community manager to help grow and interact with our community.

Who is Team Visionary
Team Visionary is a Mojang partnered studio and build team who produce content for the Minecraft Marketplace and help server owners and businesses bring their ideas to life in Minecraft.

What you'll be doing for us:
We're looking for someone who is experienced with growing and managing communities, you'll be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining a community engagement strategy
• Analysing social community trends and user behaviour
• Optimising the user-experience
• Identifying, creating and managing influencer relationships and partnerships
• Producing highly impactful content for posting on our social channels
• Planning and executing community events
• Managing and engaging with our social platforms (Discord, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube & Instagram)
• Creating and maintaining a database of commonly asked questions and their answers

Requirements:
We have some specific requirements that you must be able to achieve

• Ideally, you should be 18+, but we can accept you if your age is 16 and a parent/guardian is willing to sign a contract.
• Good communication skills
• Experience in online customer/community support or engagement
