- Introduction: First off, thank you for taking the time to read this and take the time to think upon whether or not I should be your manager. Those who are starting to avert their eyes, please continue to read as what you see further into the résumé may be intriguing and necessary for my case. I’m not like all managers, well in other words, all managers are different then myself and we focus on different criteria. I’m a very experienced individual with specialized skills, why I consider myself to be professional. For all those who think I’m bluffing, I’m not. What I do and the way I act is professional, and requisite for a successful server. Let’s get out of the intro shall we.
- Management Position: Those who are reading this, are most likely asking the questions: Why such a high position? & Why should we trust someone we’ve never met? The answer to these questions, is whatever you decide. Many servers have accepted, and declined me, I rephrase my words to work back into the fruitless conversation. Overall, most of the decisions were impenetrable. They have evaluated my vulnerabilities and qualifications the same way you are currently. I’ve accumulated over the years and months a whopping forty ( 40+ ) plus servers, and on these servers I was manager. On each of these servers I needed to accommodate myself to the extent in which I fit into the environment and guarantee that the community enjoyed my addition to the team. However, not everyone is perfect so I’ve had flaws in my work and regained moment in fixing these complications.
- (Staff) Guidance: The definition for guidance in staff terms: is the ability to teach an individual something you’ve learned from being in that position and how to improve. Constructive criticism is very necessary if you want an effective and a diverse staff team. I usually go to staff members, who seem to be struggling in any types of situations and talk them through it and determine their capability. Everyone deserves a chance, such as the way that God gave us infinite chances over his death. I take abuse, threats, advertising, and DDoSing/DOXing very seriously, as those acts are intolerable. However, for miiscule situations I do give second chances to an extent. This is where my guidance comes in, I tell them what I believe they can change for the better and how this will in the long term benefit the community. Before I do anything regarding the serious problems I usually contact the individual remove their permissions and get the side of the story so no more harm is done. Once the case is presented I make the final judgement call. These methods are not to be cruel, rather information and necessary for the progress of an beneficial staff team.
- Server/Events: My specialization is in staff management, although, I can really get a servers hype going as well as a raise in the member count, whether that is the server or communication device. Discord is the app for communication I use most often, as I know how to run it effectively and setup spiffy discords for servers. My expertise in discord allows me to host events through bots, and personal events announced globally. Giveaways, invite-rewards, and server updates are what keep the players intrigued in the server and the desire to play. No content = No views, if we are talking YouTube. For example, if you went to go see Hamilton and no one was acting just standing their and singing it would be quite dull. Although, if you present opportunities for the crowd to get involved the enthusiasm of both those running Hamilton and the spectators will rise immensely, if not that immediately. Server, oh yes. The 1.21 gigawatts of power we need to run a successful server. No it's not about the gigawatts, its about whos on it and keeps the momentum moving forward. Ways to do this are host events on the server, key-alls, and other sophisticated methods. If the community isn’t hyped, you aren’t hyped, than the server has a downfall. My job is to keep the staff hyped and the server hyped, which is like a Double Double at In N Out.
- Forums: What essay do we have next? “Are you serious 100+ more applications to read! I feel like I’m a teacher, I quit with this madness.” Well if you have a manager similar to this, it’s best to fire them because those two lines show no dedication. Sadly, everything in life comes with difficulty and pain. Running a minecraft server as a manager, you have to go through some of these exhausting efforts. For you to know I’m completely different, I have a fondness towards reading individuals applications. It’s amazing what you find and learn about someone through an application, both the struggles and times of happiness people have gone through. It's not just the quantity that matters it's the quality and how much time “I” and the community believe was put in. Decisions are made, denial and acceptance, it’s really hard to deny one application out of the three ones left, but it has to happen. I’m very good with posting updates on forms of social media, to keep everyone updated especially on forums. Nonetheless, I still handle most of my communication via discord as its more accessible and efficient.
- Discord: Plain as day I’ve got some OCD, well I don’t actually have obsessive compulsive disorder. I really like whatever is being done to be neat and presentable, this is because the way you present your server is the way people are going to present you. For example, if a manager is running an absolute trash staff team, people may infer that the manager is absolute trash and treat him as so. My job is to keep the owners, servers, and communities reputation all flowing successful with not hindrances. Hindrances may come, but I can easily manipulate them and cross the situation. Besides the slight OCD, as stated above I’m very experienced with discord construction, but don’t mess with what I’ve done or I’ll bite. The only reason I said I would bit is because discords come easily to some, but not to others and if you screw up a long process creation it may result in anger. The pleasing aspect of me being a manager, is that I don’t get very upset or frustrated, resulting in easy facilitation of the staff team.
- Weaknesses: My entire résumé has been about lollipops and flying unicorns, but that isn’t all the information regarding myself. I do have weaknesses some of them I have overcome others are “pending”. All humans including myself suffer some form of procrastination, which is one of my weaknesses I care for the most. The procrastination isn’t direct toward my work in game, rather in real life and I do my best to get my homework done before games, but it usually overlaps. Another one of my so called weaknesses is “OCD”, which I informed earlier is more of the want to make everything perfect, and that I don’t actually have the disorder. These two weaknesses I can deal with, and some miniscule ones that don’t make much of a difference.
- Experience: I have plenty of experience, and work that individuals can vouch towards, however, harm done to anything that wasn’t influenced by myself is not my fault. The doers fault, they will be warned by myself for this misconduct and actions. Let’s get into my experience shall we. I’ve worked for many servers, as stated above. The servers I’ve worked for have been in a wide variety, regarding staff, community, and gamemodes. The list follows:

- Qualifications: Basically, all this document is, well in other words it's an autobiography of what I can do as a manager on your server. Now let's get to the center of that cheese ball, I’m sorry that my jokes are just awful. Anywho lets continue. Through these experiences and times of being staff, and even times of being unorganized and chaotic I’ve learned different aspects about myself and others. Some, however, I believe are necessary for you to hear and can give you a better image of what I’m capable of doing. The information listed below is what I can do as a manager, and how these aspects of myself can lead to a better and more organized outcome of the server. [Below]
- I have worked with more than 40 minecraft servers as the management position, symbolizing my experience and love towards this job.
- Customers, donators, whom I have worked with on other servers have been pleased with the way I dealt with situations.
- The staff that I recruit have very high knowledge about their position making them sufficient at their job.
- Deal with customers, players, and spectators properly in difficult situations.
- Justify people's reason with understanding so that all ideas and motives are used in the process.
- Catastrophic problems are solved rapidly so no destruction is done to the victims, witnesses, and the doers.
- Everyone is equal and I understand that staff isn’t purely for the commands and the fame.
- As a staff member you should know the limits to your actions, but also know when to and how to use them.
- Punish people to the point where the situation won’t reoccur, not as a threat, but a warning.
- The type of work provided is essential and manageable for members of the staff team to overcome.
- Train staff to the point that they know what their doing, and also provide constructive criticism to points in which they can improve upon.
- Practice works of moderation, management, and administration weekly.
- Not only do I recruit successful individuals based off responses on applications, but also interview them so they can expand with their words.
- Most staff are staff purely for the rank and the commands, this is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
- Harsh critiquing of applications so only the best of the best are brought into both your server and the team I run.
- Supply a comfortable and enjoyable environment for your customers and members.
- Efficiently get to work on the desired / assigned jobs and make sure the work looks presentable. [Discord + More]
- After acceptances do interviews to see what it would be like to work with the individual then discuss further with staff.
- I have worked with more than 40 minecraft servers as the management position, symbolizing my experience and love towards this job.
- Outro: For those of you who read the entire length of the résumé, it is greatly appreciated and I would like to thank you. Those who skimmed, I’d like to thank you for taking the time to actually look at the document and see what it would be like to have me upon the team. This résumé has fortunately came to an end, as my fingers are starting to fall off from doing continuous math equations and typing. It would be my pleasure to work for your server and until then, have a great day.
