You expect people to join your server, when your threads are presented in the way they are. You also expect people to be nice about it all. Like yeahs said, mcmarket isn't the right place for you buddy.
Another thing, I can barely read your thread. This being because it is bombarded with exclamation points, and caps everywhere.

My advise would be to come back in a couple of years, when you have matured and learned how to run a Minecraft network professionally and well.
